El inventario de bienes raíces en Miami Beach se contrae un 33 por ciento
En Miami-Dade, la oferta limitada y una mayor demanda ha impulsado la apreciación de precios en el primer trimestre de 2012, a pesar de las ventas “short sale y “foreclosure” (juicio hipotecario) que siguen representando un porcentaje significativo de ventas cerradas.
El precio promedio de venta de casas unifamiliares en Miami-Dade aumentó 14% a $174,799 USD en el primer trimestre de 2012 comparado con el primer trimestre de 2011, según la Asociación de corredores de Miami (Miami Realtors Association). El precio medio de venta de condominios fue $129.500 USD, un aumento del 38% año tras año. "Durante el primer trimestre hemos visto una mayor disminución de inventario de viviendas en el condado Miami-Dade, junto con la consistente apreciación de precios", dijo Martha Pomares, 2012 Presidente de la Junta de la Asociación de REALTORS de Miami.
